What is the true meaning of Sacrifice ?

When someone says that I will do anything for you, it usually doesn’t mean it’s literal meaning. It’s sort of like an idiom, but instead of a word that means something different than it’s actual meaning, it’s a idiom sentence. When the whole sentence means something different that it’s literal meaning. “Yeah, I’ll do everything I can for you,” Is another idiom sentence. They won’t sacrifice there life for you, they won’t jump in front of a bullet for you, unless they really love you. Have you ever had that boyfriend or girlfriend that said one of these lines but then they turned around and did something that contradicted the meaning of that sentence? I’m not just talking about sacrificing for your girlfriend and boyfriend, though. For everything. For a dream to be reached or for the better. When someone says that they will make sacrifices for you so that you can reach your dream, it should be everything. No exceptions. Yeah, it sounds so selfish but it’s true. When someone tells you that they will sacrifice a lot for you, you want them to mean it from the pit of their heart. If someone says “I’ll sacrifice everything but…” You’re not sacrificing everything. Don’t say everything if it isn’t everything. It only leads people to hurt, frustration, or even maybe sorrow. The better saying is “I’ll sacrifice everything that I can sacrifice for you.” That quote sounds so much more soothing than the last one, don’t you think? Soldiers, Fighter fighters, polices, etc, are the people that literally make sacrifices. Is there a person that you know that would literally sacrifice everything for you? Besides a family member? If so, don’t let that person slip away from your fingertips, hold them close, and make sure that you never take that person for granted.
Sleep. Sleep. Sleep. We all need it !

Sleep is a word that many people love, hate, or in fact, has never even heard of. I wonder why it’s so hard for certain people, like me, to go to sleep early. It’s 2:14am and I have been sleepy for the past 3 hours but I couldn’t find the will to get off my beautiful laptop, that allows me to get in touch with over millions of people in the world and all of the most popular social networks. Ahh, the Internet makes my world go round. But this also leaves another question open. Why is it so easy for people to fall asleep? I have a friend who could fall asleep if she wanted to. If she said that she was tired and that she was going to go and take a nap, I and everyone that really knew her, believed her. I have yet to see the day she falls asleep while standing. I think I would lol if that ever really happened. The bottom line is that we all need sleep. Some more than others, some less than others. It’s just a little easier and harder for some. But the question as to why it’s easier or harder for some to go to sleep, is up in the air for now.
